We are attorneys licensed to practice law in State of Texas, however, the services that you are purchasing are non-lawyer services only based on the standard typical case of non-payment of rent.

We do have a Texas licensed lawyer on our staff to whom we can refer you to for legal advice and legal services. Your contact with, or use of an attorney contacted via San Antonio Eviction Services does not create an attorney-client relationship until such time as you and the attorney have documentation of such agreement.

Upon your placing and our accepting your order, you authorize us to create a charge against your credit card made payable to us for our fees. There are no refunds. Our fees DO NOT include any government fees, and or court fees which are extra unless indicated. The credit card billing will reflect Jodi Head Lopez and Associates, PLLC.

We will create documents using the information which was provided to us. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that the information found on the form(s) is correct. We are not responsible for actions or inactions of the State of Texas and its agencies.

Any person using this website/ and or our services does so at his or her own risk, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless San Antonio Eviction Services, its agencies, representatives, officers, employees and agents from any damages of any nature that may result from the use of this website. San Antonio Eviction Services is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, claim or the results arising from any use or reference to our website and or our services.

The use of our website and or our services does not mean that a judge will accept your documents. You may be required to obtain and file additional documents once the judge has reviewed your case. Each case has its own particular set of circumstances, and our attorney will advise you of what is best for you in your individual situation. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
• SAN ANTONIO EVICTION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND SAN ANTONIO EVICTION SERVICES MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES.
• San Antonio Eviction Services may amend these terms at any time by posting the amended terms and conditions on its website. The rights and obligations of the parties under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The District State Court of Bexar County or the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over all controversies. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought solely in San Antonio, Texas. You expressly submit to the jurisdiction of said courts, and you consent to extra-territorial service of process.

Disclaimer of Liability

Therefore, as an express condition to your use of this website, you agree that San Antonio Eviction Services shall not be liable to you for any claim, cause of action, or injury arising from (or claimed to arise from) your use of this website.
